Captain Black's Sea Dogs

Bone In Me Leg is the up-coming album, due out in October, 2009.

We’re very excited about this album and think that it does a wonderful job of truly showcasing the new members in the band, as well as takes the band in a few new directions. Among the traditional shanties, we have written some more modern “celtic-rock” types of music, and even one based very heavily on Native American music  to honor the ancestors of a couple of our members (done Sea Dogge style, of course.)

As a celebration of reaching 1,000 fans on Facebook, we released a preview version of our Native American-influenced song, Today Is A Good Day To Die for free to all of our fans. Thank you so much for the support, encouragement, and energy that you show us.

We hope that you will be thrilled by the new album, and can’t wait to get it in your hands, but we won’t rush it either. This is a special project, and we’ll the time we need to make sure it shines as best as we can make it shine. You deserve it.
